SHIPPING & RETURNS

Order Shipment 

 

We currently ship only in the United-States. For shipping outside of the United States, please email us (prior to purchase) at admin@thebedroomchamber.com

 

 ​Orders are shipped within 3 business days from the time of purchase. We offer expedited shipping options during checkout. Additional fees will apply. Please see below.

  • USPS Standard (5-7 Postal Days) $7.99 

  • USPS Standard w/ Signature (5-7 Postal Days) $12.99 

  • USPS (Priority/2-3 Postal Days) $ 14.99

  • USPS (1-2 Day) $46.99

 

****PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer express shipping to PO Boxes. Shipments to PO Box addresses can be up to 10-14 business days. We do not deliver to military basis"""*

  • If the delivery address is residential, UPS& USPS can leave the package at the customer’s door without requiring a signature. In most cases a signature is required for business delivery addresses.

 

  • Due to the reduced rates from our courier, The Bedroom Chamber "DOES NOT GUARANTEE” delivery dates on express packages.   

  • Please note that 99% of the time express packages do make it however in the rare case it does not you will still be charged the freight cost, as there are no refunds on freight charges. 

  • If the package is refused by an end consumer for any reason, the ship freight, return freight & or reship freight will be charged to you. 

  • There will also be a $5 restocking fee for any undeliverable returns, delivery refusals and unassigned returned packages. 

Order Status

 

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. We will send a separate email containing the tracking information once your order has shipped. A link to track your order and expected delivery date will be included when the delivery method allows it. 

​If your order has not been shipped it may be canceled/ edited within the first 24 hours. Edits and cancelations will not be accepted once your order is in or beyond "shipped' status. To make changes to your order prior to shipping, please email us at admin@thebedroomchamber.com 

 

 

Returns

 

The Bedroom Chamber does not accept lingerie returns due to health and hygiene reasons. Any garment that covers an intimate area is absolutely not returnable for your protection as well as your customer’s protection. IT IS ALSO THE LAW. 

 

Under extenuating circumstances, it is at the discretion of The Bedroom Chamber to make exceptions to this policy. 

 

In the event that a lingerie exchange is granted:

  • Proof of postage (tracking number), must be emailed to The Bedroom Chamber within 3 days of receipt (Sundays excluded)

  • Items must be received unworn and unwashed

  • We are not responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error.

  • Shipping COST for exchanges is at purchaser’s expense. 

  • Exchanges are only accepted for manufacture defect or size exchange for the same item within 3 days of delivery, if after that time frame, the return must be dealt between you and your customer directly. Replacements will be sent as we do not process credit returns 

  • The Bedroom Chamber will not accept packages without an authorized RMA#.  

  • When a package is returned with a proper RMA authorization # for an exchange there will be a drop ship charge of $5 for the reshipped item. 

  • You must retain proof of postage until you have received your refund or exchange

Return shipping information will be provided on a case by case basis after an exchange has been granted.

 

Jewelry and Accessory Returns

 

Jewelry returns are accepted, but must be unopened, in its original packaging. Postal packaging will not be observed as the original item packaging.

 

Please note: The Bedroom Chamber will not honor returns on damaged or broken merchandise with opened packaging, nor will the item be returned to the sender.

 

Lost Orders 

The Bedroom Chamber is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please make sure to keep proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your return items. If you are not home, a new delivery attempt will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on your location and the delivery method chosen.

 

You may also go to your local post office to collect your package if it cannot be delivered to you.
